Introduction of freezing drying machine
Freeze dryer known as lyophilizer, is the machine to dry different types of material to prolong its preservation time. There are many kinds of dryers; freeze dryer is the best dryer to make high quality dried products. It is quite different from dehydrator, drying oven, microwave heating, and vacuum heating drying. Drying needs heat, with those kinds of drying method, heating is in room temperature, so it has harmful to material, and there is huge nutrition and biological activity loss in the drying procedure.
On the contrary, by freeze drying, heating is occurred after the material is completely frozen to -40 C, and material is in frozen status in the whole drying procedure till completely dried. Therefore, the freeze dried products preserve its original shape, color and it has no biological activity loss, no nutrition loss. Freeze dryer is suitable for food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and laboratory test.
Feature of freezing drying machine
1. Efficient in heating plates. The material of heating plates is aviation aluminum after being anodized on the surface, releasing over 100% heat from the product by radiation. This makes heat more uniform and complete.
2. Alternate vapor trap. Double trap is installed under the heating plates in drying chamber. Trap 1 condenses vapor to its maximum cpacity, then trap 2 starts to work. In the meantime, trap 1 begins to melt ice for another condensation cycle.
3. Continous de-icingWhen the trap 2 begins to catch vapor, the trap 1 begins to melt ice on the coil during drying. After melting, the clean coil is ready for another condensation cycle.
4. Automatic control system. Advanced intelligent control system keeps the system running stably and reliably in a long time. Furthermore, simple operation can be much easier to handle.

Working principle of freeze dry:
Instead of traditional vaporization dehydration method, the vacuum freeze drying technology is dehydrate products by sublimation directly from ice to vapor. During the Freeze drying process, the materials will be frozen to -18°c, then move into the vacuum drying tank for dehydration, automatic control system will set the vacuum and heating temperature according to the freeze drying cirve of each products to maintain the proper circumstances for FD processing. The materials stay in frozen status during the drying process and water vapor will be condensed on the surface of cold trap coils to absort the water out from the materials.

2, Radiant freeze dryer: better for solid material, mainly for mudium or large scale production.The plates and trays are constructed by aluminum, with IQF. The refrigeration is in IQF and heating on the plates, and the material is loaded by trolley on the track system.
