Details of French Fries Making Machine
1) Soaking: The first stage of the production of french fries is soaking,to make stones and soil
adhering to the potatos surface to be easy to washed.
2) Washing: Washed away stones and soil adhering to the potatos surface by water at room temperature.
(The above two steps are optional,they're necessary when your potatos are very dirty)
3) Peeling&Washing: In this stage,the peeling machine of the french fries production line is continuous,
and the peeling effect is achieved by rubbing with a carborundum roller, and then the residue is
brushed off with a brush whee,at the same time,washed by the water spray device.
4) Sorting: Pick up the bad potatos,remove the spoiled one.
5) Slicing: Cutting machine is a machine for slicing potatoes for desired size. With the principle
of centrifugation,the potato chips can be cut to the required thickness quickly and accurately.
6) Starch Washing: The water of the starch washing machine can be recycled,and the export is
transported with water and sprayed again to improve the quality of the potato chips.
7) Blanching&Cooling: After starch washing,the chips are transfered into blanching machine for
blanching,for color pretection,after this,into the cold water tank for cooling.
8) Drying: Cold air drying machine works this process,to remove most water on the surface of the
french fries.Keep the product dry is necessary before they are put into frying process.
9) Frying: The potato chips are fried at a stable oil temperature and evenly presented in golden
yellow color.The continuous belt frying machine is equipped with PLC touch operation.The screen
can set and display the frying temperature and time.
10) Deoiling&Cooling: The french fries must be deoiled after fried, to remove the redundant frying oilon the surface,and lower the temperature before get in the packing machine.
11) Seasoning: The seasoning powder is quantitatively sent to the seasoning machine,
and the potato chips are uniformly mixed with the seasoning powder by the rotation of the
mixer drum on the seasoning machine to increase the flavor of the product.
12) Packing: After seasoning,the crisps are packed in the vertical packing machine,into small poly bags printed logo and pattern,will be sold on the market direclty.
