The blanching temperature are controlled by solenoid valve, thermoelement, and temperature-controlled meter; the blanching time will be controlled by frequency converter, the conveying belt speed can be adjusted. The temperature controller will make the water temperature in water channel to keep the required temperature, the maximum temperature can be 100℃.
Mainly used for blanching vegetables, fruits, aquatic products before quick-freezing and pre-dehydration, especially suitable for easy damage and long strip products.
Equipped with 1 set of steam heating pipe in water tank. The temperature of the equipment can be set and automatically controlled according to the characteristics of the temperature of different materials.And equipped with a set of bubble soaking device, to achieve the heat balance of all parts of the tank, and increase the heat transfer efficiency;The outlet is equipped with a group of sprinkler devices, which make the material cool rapidly and the color more vivid.
